Return & Refunds Policy

At M'Decor , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 
 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@mdecor.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@mdecor.in.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at help@mdecor.in with your order details and a photo of the item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
